Budget accommodation + Good place, manager was very friendly and helpful even when I arrived after hours. − Room was unlocked and doors open when I arrived. Remote for AC had been previously broken and screen couldn't be read. Blanket was unclean.

+ It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Location very convenient. Staff were friendly. − Having to share a bathroom ( what do you expect for the price?); no mirror in the room. So much light in the room overnight from the passageway outside; use of electric powerboards and powerleads not particularly safe.

Good accom for a short stay + Good, clean facilities and a comfy bed for the price. Shared bathroom was fine. − Guests were generally quiet & respectful except for some early risers who were very noisy packing up & leaving

+ I did not enjoy this stay. It was dirty. The kitchen wss disgusting and I know it's the guests job to clean up after themselves, but clearly no one did, and it needed more than that. The bathrooms also were disgusting. The room had a small fridge. A Tv with 2 channels. The bed linen was clean and bed comfy enough. The room was very unappealing dirty & rundown. − As above

very grateful for a comfortable bed balcony communal kitchen private bathroom worked off site + good place for a short stay when we lost our booking at the Coolum caravan park as our car broke down I was pleased to find availability at your hotel and recommended it to friends a few weeks later. − cockroaches in bathroom - even tho small

My experience at Coolum budget Accommodation + Location only − Very basic, tea and cheese provided but no cups or crockery in room had to go to community kitchen to get cups.
