+ Very nice view of the city. Nice personal − One elevator was put of service, the othe one was "overloaded" with 6 persons so people needed to get out (even though it says max 15 persons or 1000kg) The cabinet doors were loose, crooked and noisy

+ A wonderful stay The greatest strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. From the security team to the restaurant staff, everyone is professional, welcoming, and helpful. A special mention goes to Putri at the reception, who is extremely professional, and a huge thumbs up to the lovely Hena, whose kindness, helpfulness, and beautiful smile truly brighten the day. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring Jakarta. The city view is breathtaking, especially from the higher floors. The breakfast is nice and varied. It is more oriented towards Indonesian cuisine, but there is always something to enjoy, even if you are not used to Indonesian food. Another great advantage is the WhatsApp communication with the reception. Whenever we needed something, our requests were handled remarkably quickly and efficiently. − The only reason I cannot give this hotel a full score is the condition of the bed sheets and towels. Prima locatie! + Het appartement was heel ruim en schoon. Een badkamer per slaapkamer. Een mooi uitzicht. Er is een zwembad in het hotel aanwezig. Genoeg eetgelegenheden, een Indomaret en een klein winkelcentrum in de buurt. Het ontbijt in het hotel was goed.

+ This stay was great. The flat is much better than before. All facilities are good all working without any damage. Location is perfect close to malls and supermarket down the building, restaurants close and Mc Donalds is there as well. Water drink is avalible in the flat − 25th floor The coridor needs more lights and air conditioning for air cerculation
