The welcome, the rooms, the staff, the meals, and all the activities available around the hotel were truly perfect. It’s a beautiful place, and we greatly enjoyed our previous stay last year. − However, I would like to express my disappointment regarding the villa we reserved this time. We specifically requested—and booked through Booking.com—a villa with three bedrooms facing the sea, which, as shown on the website. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that: • Only one bedroom had a sea view, • Another bedroom was located at the back of the property, with no sea view, facing a small forest, • And the third “bedroom” was simply a bed behind a room divider in the main living area, with no privacy whatsoever. The villa was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with an atmosphere that invites total relaxation. The facilities were top-notch – especially the private pool and beach access, which felt like pure paradise. The location is ideal for anyone seeking tranquility and breathtaking views. What made the stay even more unforgettable was the outstanding service. The manager and his assistant went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made a huge difference. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, respectful, and genuinely eager to help – always with a smile. + The villa was absolutely stunning, the doors opening up and the foliage around you, listening to the roar of the sea and having your own pool to dip in and out with was fantastic. The outdoor shower was fun and an experience - I don't think I've ever bird watched while showering before! The pressure was also good and temperature consistent. Anyone who is scared of spiders - I didn't see a single one in Thailand, I was slightly nervous when booking various places that I might come across them. There are some bugs which are to be expected given the jungle feel to Koh Jum Beach Villas (and Thailand in general) - but these are infrequent. Also, the staff come to clean everyday, and do a turn down service in the evening. They keep everything spotless, and it is great that this is achieved in such a sustainable, eco friendly way. There are geckos which we loved (these also keep bugs away), and a lovely staff member pointed out a monitor lizard to us by a pond by the bar. It's so refreshi…

Super schöne Anlage mit unglaublich schönen Villas auf einer hoffentlich noch lange sehr ruhigen und ursprünglichen Inse + Es war einfach nur super. Haben 4 Nächte gebucht und verlängert. Konnten sogar am super schönen Strand (etwas weiter draussen, 3-400m, rechts von den Felsen) erstaunlich gut schnorcheln mit vielen Korallen und teils auch für hier speziellen Fischen sobald das Wetter und das Meer mitmachte. Perfekt gelegen für Longboat Schnorchel-Trips nach Phi Phi Islands, Bamboo oder Ao Nang Region (perfekte Entscheidung nicht dort zu übernachten, völlig touristisch und überlaufen und nicht was wir suchten). Tolle Scooter Trips auf der kleinen Insel. Auch das Restaurant in der Anlage war super, mit schön zusammengestelltem Weinkeller. Extrem zuvorkommendes Personal. Einfach nur schön hier. Danke an das Hotel Team für die schöne Zeit hier. − Nichts, es war perfekt.

Et helt fantastisk ophold fra start til slut. Maden var virkelig god og varieret, og personalet var ekstremt servicemind + Den helt særlige ro og stemning gjorde opholdet unikt. Villaerne er smukt integreret i naturen, og både poolområdet og stranden indbyder til fuldstændig afslapning. Personalet var imødekommende, nærværende og hjælpsomme uden at være påtrængende. Alt føltes gennemtænkt, æstetisk og meget autentisk – et sted hvor man virkelig kan lande. − Der var faktisk meget lidt ikke at kunne lide. Hvis man absolut skal nævne noget, er det kun, at tiden gik alt for hurtigt, fordi stedet er så behageligt at være. Det er et sted, man får lyst til at blive længere og vende tilbage til.

We book at the wrong time. + This resort is magical. Nestled in lush forest next to the beach. Super friendly staff who pulls a leg and an arm to make your stay special. Restaurant was great too. Fabulous wine selection. A great place to relax for two or three days. − This is not the resorts fault, but we came at the wrong time - namly end of July. This is rainy season and the beach is covered with driftwood and rubbish. The mosquitos having a feast and you can only sit in your beautiful but dark villa. This place must be a real treat in high season, when you are able to swim in your own pool and relax on the beach.
