Basic accommodation in the foothills. + Situated beautifully in the jungle. Wifi was good. There was a good restaurant, The Nest across the road. − The staff didn’t seem to be expecting us. Bed was a mattress on the floor. Very rough unpaved road into the property.

Good + Big room and nice view − Totaly overprized and not cleaned. For 2000 baht you get a luxuary room everywhere. Looks like the owner sits somewhere in BKK or CNX and has local staff. Breakfast is a joke, no fruits, just some rice soup and toast no buttee

Passable + Gd if u like away frm the busy town, quiet n fresh air. − Booked but didnt stay as its too far off frm the city. Surrounding too quiet. Journey about one hrs plus. End up booked n stay ard city area.

Nice resort in the mountains. + The only set back is it is very isolated. Get your supplies before getting there. The air conditioned rooms were large and the bed very comfortable. Comes with a patio where we gathered till late at night. Staff were warm and friendly. The cool morning air is a pleasant welcome to a new day. Breakfast was simple yet delicious. Tip: arrive before sunset and bring a torchlight.

A pleasant stay with helpful staff, though the room’s occasional sewage odor could be improved. + I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful house staff, Rung and Ann, who were very helpful throughout my stay. − However, the room I stayed in occasionally had a sewage-like odor. Addressing this issue and adding air fresheners would greatly enhance the experience.

Excellent, would highly recommend. + Beautiful property, amazing villas. We had the treehouse villa with floor to ceiling windows, amazing patio that is 20ft up and overlooks the forest, gorge and river, and mountains in the distance. Property owners were amazing, super friendly and accommodating. − Nothing, we had an amazing experience. I must admit that we were the only guests at the property during our visit so it made the whole experience very tranquil and peaceful. My wife and I sat on the deck and listened to all the birds and nature that surrounds the property.

Wir würden auf KEINEN Fall wiederkommen! + Schöner Garten. Das Personal vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. − Wir hatten eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung in dieser Unterkunft. Wir sind eine Familie aus Österreich und hatten die Familien Villa gebucht. Der Außenbereich sieht überhaupt nicht so nett aus wie auf den Fotos. Es war sehr kalt und es gab auch keine Heizung. Die Auffahrt ist abenteuerlich und ungepflegt. Man ruiniert sich sein Auto wenn man nicht ausreichend Bodenhöhe hat! Die gesamte Anlage ist recht verlassen. Wir wollten eine Nacht verkürzen. Aber die Kommunikation mit dem Management ist katastrophal, obwohl der Kundendienst von booking.com sich sehr bemüht hat uns zu helfen.

+ I loved that the property had such beautiful views, it was full of fruit trees too! The aunty and uncle are amazing people❤️ they’re super helpful and kind. The aunty took me for a little tour of the fruit trees, our conversations were half Thai half English but we laughed and walked together. It was the perfect getaway. I went during off season and had the grounds to myself, it was so peaceful ❤️🙌🏼
