+ The staff were fantastic and friendly. Rooms were clean. − I didn't like the Bistro food. The portiond was very small for the price. We had to order more from outside to be full. The location was little to quiet for us. Not much to do walking distance.

Not worth the money + View. We planned to stay for two nights but left after one. The staff at the hotel seemed sorry when we left but gave us money back on their own initiative. − It is really tired out and need maintenance. Looks like it has not been doing anything here for at least ten years. Not like the pictures. Sun beds broken, dirty tiles and walls. Staff putting towels from the rooms on the floor in the hall way for hours before removing it. Ben Tre is sleepy, dark at night and with almost no streetfood or places to eat at night.

A good place + Location is excellent in very quiet area. Great pool, nice breeze and lovely views. Rooms are big and comfortable. A great place to rest after tours and travelling. − The river side bistro cafe bar was closed to guests one night due to a function. There is nowhere else to go in the area so this was a major concern as the riverside bistro is the highlight of the resort They should have put some space aside for guests of the resort. I asked staff to assist in booking a tour and for booking transport and they were not very helpful.

+ The location directly on the river was great with really nice views. The room and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had great water pressure and instant hot water.
