Hơi tệ so với giá tiền + Phòng rộng rãi, thoáng, tương đối sạch sẽ. Nhân viên lịch sự. − Vị trí hiểm trở, lái xe lên dốc, đường ngõ nhỏ hẹp. Nhà vệ sinh không đủ đồ, khăn lau cũ và khô, bồn tắm ko có nút đóng. Nhân viên không giao ngay chìa khoá cho khách, phải để nhắc mới nhớ.

+ Anh chị chủ rất dễ thương, hỗ trợ tụi mình rất nhiệt tình. Home vị trí thuận tiện, rất gần các điểm du lịch ở bãi cháy, thuận tiện ra bến tàu Hạ Long. Đến home tụi mình còn được chị chủ mời sữa chua hạ long ngon cực kỳ, nói chung home 10 điểm − Cơ sở vật chất có vẻ cũ, nhưng vẫn dùng đc ở mức ổn
