Not a bad hotel, but the experience was disappointing. They need to be more transparent with their policies and charges. + Convenient for visiting the family . − Booked two rooms and another extra 1 room .The listing is misleading. It states that children can stay for free from 3-8 years old, but when requesting a bed for my 3-year-old, the hotel charged 1,800 pesos for a simple foam mattress. On top of that, the room had insects, and instead of offering an upgrade or a proper solution, the hotel actually downsized the room in the evening. Very disappointing experience and not what was advertised.

Fairly nice hotel, but needs to be more attentive to customers expectations. + I like the overall "look" and style of the hotel and the central air system in each room. The restaurant has good food and the servers are nice. − The beds are rock hard. The wifi is hard to connect to and randomly disconnects while using. The water pressure is very low in the shower. The biggest complaint is that I requested a couple of things ahead of time by messaging, received an email confirming that they received my requests and would be able to accommodate them, only to discover when I arrived that those things were not in place. If there is any suggestion I have for any hotel, restaurant, or service business is to actually listen to what the customer is saying and then actually fulfill that request.
