Loved it! + First time staying here and we loved it! The room was extremely comfortable and bed very cosy. It was clean with great facilities such as Amazon and Netflix as well as drinks making and snacks. We went for a drink in the bar which was lovely and staff really friendly. Great find, we will definitely stay again. − Little bit more lighting in the desk/dressing table as early in the morning getting ready, I was glad I had my own light.

Would not stay again or recommend to anyone. + The location was good however there was no sign on the building and challenging to find. − We were placed on the 4th floor and the lift was not working, this information was not shared with us prior to our arrival. The stairs were very narrow and it was not appropriate for us and other members of our party. The room was also very small and very dark to what was advertised. At times, we were unable to see and needing to have extra lighting from our devices.

+ Breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely and professional! − The lift was broken and I was on the fourth floor. This did impact my stay and if I had known ahead of time I would have not booked this accommodation. I was so tired and have a neuromuscular condition, so the stairs were challenging.
