Great location to get to the treks. + The location was great for us, and the staff very helpful when we enquired about transport to Rio electric. Loads of hot water for the shower and good heating to dry out our wet gear. − We were on the ground floor and it was very noisy. Both from the room above and other guests entering the building at night.

Okay, but there is room for improvement + Room is clean and size is good. Bathroom is nice as well. Bed is comfy, but short. − No trashbin, really hot room, radiator could not be adjusted. Sound isolation is really bad. Breakfast is not really good. There are bread which feels like it would be 5 days old, no toaster to "improve" them.

+ Las recepcionistas muy atentas y predispuestas en todo momento. − La calefacción estaba muy fuerte y era sofocante estar en la habitación. Tuvieron que apagar el radiador para que pudiera dormir. El desayuno, muy básico.
