Really nice but... + It's a really pretty hotel but still not there jet! I could be amazing but they are missing out on little things. Very limited English, the maintaining of the green and the beach!!! The beach is nice and so is the pool (but the pool fells like it's heated) the breakfast is plenty and yummy! The rooms are absolutely clean and modern! I would book it a again with the massive discount we got but not for the full price!!! It tries to be more than it is! Don't book the beach front bungalow as your beach access will be limited by stuff from the local fishermans! We think it will be really nice when it's done but everything need at least another couple of month! But we would stay there again!!!

+ The hotel is nicely located at the beach if you are in the rooms located near the pool or the beach bungalows. We had a bungalow and it was right on the beach. It would be nice if the hotel would relocate the fishing apparatus from the bottom of the stairs. There was only 1 beach lounge would have been nice for 2. We had to ask for a bucket to wash the sand from our get on the deck this should be standard or have an outdoor shower. There is a lot of rubbish on the beach which we picked up whilst a number of staff sat for 2 days watching the pool being emptied and refilled. It would be nice if the staff cleaned the beach up each morning. Breakfast was good staff were very good and attentive. The advert says there is only the resort restaurant to eat but there is a little fishing village at the end of the beach with local food and a couple of backpackers with great atmosphere and food. We had a good deal but if we had of paid full price then it would have been very disappointing . …

Bungalows make this hotel stand out + I almost don't want to leave a review here because I think then many people will find this little gem. However, I owe it to hotel because of the great time we had. While this hotel is pretty new and had it's share of glitches (wifi was weak in the bungalows, floor in the room was once not swept before we arrived) on the whole the service was good. What really makes this hotel stand out of course is it's immediate location on the beach. The bungalows are literally on the beach and, if you love waking up to the sight and sound of the surf you'll want to stay here. Please be aware that this is not the kind of hotel you go to if you want excitement or shopping or even many activities, there are only some ocean kayaks and nearby you can rent a local boat to take you to a nearby island. There are only a few places to eat nearby as well and they aren't Michelin rated. There are no hotel activities for kids. Still, if you just want to get away fro…

Very nice Resort + Alhough we were there when a tropical storm occurred and did not, as a result, get to appreciate the beautiful beach; this is a wonderful resort. It is next to a very interesting small vietnamese village and there is a restaurant on the attached beach that serves the best fish and chips.

+ Schönes, neues Hotel am Strand. Toller Pool, Einrichtung und Zustand der Zimmer nicht außergewöhnlich gut. Frühstücksbüffet gut, Restaurant für den Abend zu teuer für die gelieferte Qualität.

Hospitality, we don’t care . + First room for 1.4 million was tiny and unclean , 2nd villa ok. Staff , not very helpful, I boy was pleasant and friendly and actually looked like he wanted to be there . Check out they tried to charge me again although already paid . No one to help carry our bags downstairs to the cab . Got your money , see ya , was the attitude .

+ Absolutely loved our few days here. Off season so it was quiet and at times the staff outnumbered us 3 to 1. They were unfailingly friendly, and everyone customer-facing spoke at least basic tourist English which I didn't expect but which was welcome - despite our best efforts for months, our Vietnamese is pitiful! A few staff spoke very good English, too. Super clean facilities that are so much nicer than photos indicate. We stayed in one of the bungalows which was spacious. Comfy beds as well as porch furniture, which made it easy to spend ages staring at the waves. Good AC and showers (water didn't get too hot tho). The water and beach were both clean and pleasantly sandy - baffled by the comments saying the beach is rocky underfoot. Surf was a little too strong for us to want to swim (did in the pool, which was clean though a bit odd without consistent depth). The tide and wind kept bringing in some plastic trash, which we gathered on beach walks because why not? Apparently …

+ There were broken drawers in our room, door handles that came off and a TV that flickered. The gym was old and rusty and unusable. The breakfast was fine but we ate elsewhere for every other meal as the resort seemed to not understand Vegan. In saying this the actual location, although inconvenient if you wanted to go anywhere, was very pretty and right on the beach. If the weather was great then the rest probably wouldn't have mattered so much.

Not great. Avoid the spa! + Nice site and they gave me Freee upgrade quiet room was nice but the staff lack professionalism, the spa was the worst back massage I ever had but at least they refund me after I complained and most staff does not speak any English
