Lovely as usual and still my fav in Ho Tram and maybe one of my best favoutie in Vietnam + This mini holiday was not my first one in Ho Tram Boutique and despite all new developments in the area it is still my favourite. The property is nice and well maintained. Highly recommended − Everything was pretty much very good, therefore I have no negative comments to make about the place. Maybe if the staff would know a bit more English.

Not a 4 stars, poor service. Will not go again. + Nice place with marvelous outdoor − Staff does not speak english Staff is not hotel professional and sometimes agressive (swimming pool watchman) Equipment not working or old Indoor decoration is old and not like on the pictures Appartment lacks furnitures My booking had a terrasse and there was no terrasse Cleaning staff leaves the appartment dirty or throw the trash in the bush at the entrance of the appartement Many mistakes in orders Managers keeps on apologizing and offering discounts on restaurant and spa but I would expect to have the service I paid for
