friendly staffs, best rooftop restaurant and bakery cafe, outstanding service, perfect location + I had a wonderful stay at Hotel de Universal! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooftop view was breathtaking and a great spot to relax. I also loved the convenience of having the hotel’s own restaurant and bakery café, which served delicious food and coffee. The location in the heart of Thamel was perfect, with everything within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Breakfast was excellent , and the location near Thamel was very convenient. + breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The location at Thamel was perfect it was close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it very convenient for exploring thamel and Basantapur.

Worst hotel I've been in − I've been traveling for almost 3 months now, and I can say without a doubt that this was the worst place I've stayed in so far! The staff were rude, the room was full of cockroaches, the restaurant didn't serve half the menu, and the opening hours were wrong. My fan didn't work, and I've waited 2 days to get it replaced. When I sat at the restaurant, they served me water that I didn't order, so I thought it was complimentary, and they've charged me for it at the end..
