Would not stay there again! + The only positive thing I can say is that we got out of the booking and were only charged for that one night we stayed. Sorry… − When you enter the hotel it looks good on first sight but everything else is rather “meh”. The carpeted floor is super old and has an unpleasant smell. The toilet was crooked and the bathroom fittings full of limescale and rust. Definitely not 5 star standard. The rooftop pool looks so nice on the fotos but theres no staffed bar and everything is dusty. The breakfast buffet was shockingly bad. The tables weren’t set, the presentation was bad and I had a piece of plastic in my idli and even found a hair. Masala chai was super bitter. We left after the first night. Reception staff left their desk and went to the back when I approached reception even they saw me coming, I waited for a few minutes and then left when nobody came back.

+ The hotel is good for foreigners and has everything we need and is very nice , big size rooms and well equipped. − The staffs needs more push for client services. They need trainings or have to put some determination or encouraging factors. They are not too responsive

Perfect + Solo female traveller, I liked everything about this hotel. The room was big and brand new. I was at the Raddisson the week before for double the price, and honestly I saw no difference. Felt very safe here and also had a meal at the restaurant inside the hotel, it was very nice.

+ The hotel is very beautiful, elegant, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean, which made my stay pleasant overall. − The only downside is that the staff was not particularly warm or welcoming. They seemed quite formal and a bit rigid, and I didn’t really feel that “at home” atmosphere during my stay.

MUY MAL EN RELACIÓN CALIDAD-PRECIO. INSTALACIONES VIEJAS Y SIN MANTENIMIENTO + La habitación era amplia. − Cristales muy sucios y grifería en mal estado, con falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. Solicitamos una plancha y, además de estar en malas condiciones, acabó manchando nuestra ropa. La nevera de la habitación no enfriaba correctamente. Tras comunicarlo, nos la sustituyeron por otra que funcionaba aún peor, lo que hizo que la estancia resultara muy incómoda debido al calor. Las vistas habrían sido espectaculares, pero los cristales estaban tan sucios que impedían disfrutarlas plenamente. La zona de la piscina se encuentra muy deteriorada y no se corresponde en absoluto con las fotografías publicadas. Lo mismo ocurre con el gimnasio: instalaciones antiguas, mal mantenidas y sin aire acondicionado. La temperatura era tan elevada que resultaba imposible permanecer en su interior más de un minuto. Adjunto fotografías que reflejan el estado real de las instalaciones.

Disappointed with the Pool management. + We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The staff were also friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. − Pool Safety and Management I’m quite disappointed with the way the pool is being managed. It is concerning to see visibly intoxicated people entering the pool when they are struggling even to stand properly on their own. This is a serious safety risk, not only for them but also for other people using the pool. It also makes the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant for others. The pool management should have clear rules regarding intoxicated guests and ensure that such situations are handled appropriately. Safety should be the priority for everyone using the facility.
