Topverblijf + Prachtig hotel met fantastisch lief personeel. Mooi en verzorgd zwembad. Heel lekker gegeten, diner en ontbijt. De thee in de namiddag is heerlijk en met prachtig uitzicht. Familiekamer bestaande uit 2 accommodaties is echt top voor een gezin. − Kleine verbeteringen in de badkamer zoals eens een nieuwe wc-bril. Langere openingsuren voor het zwembad. Maar dit zijn details, het was er geweldig!

+ Food menu very imited, for lunch and dinner − Need to improve food menu, feel all the staff are very good and hospitality, especially the 2 girls in resturant are very kind and genie service , also non veg menu need to improve for sounth indians , the indore play are must be improve , all old borads , need to replace , as well the TV use by other very lound and too much disturbing our privicay , feel cant relax over there , need to remove or sound must be permanent mute , also our suggestion to keep some histrionics Waynadu documentry or nature videos of kerala , it makes big improvement to keep calm and feel relax 🤤

+ The Food is the only thing that was good at the property. − We had a very disappointing experience at Crystal Kurava during our honeymoon. We booked this property specifically because the listing on Booking.com advertised a jacuzzi. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the jacuzzi was not working. If the facility is unavailable, it should not be featured in the property's photos and advertisements, as this is misleading for guests. We paid approximately ₹13,000 for a single night and were further disappointed to discover that the bathroom drainage was clogged. Safety was another concern. While using the bicycles provided on the property, we encountered a snake near the cycle stand. When we informed the manager, we were told that it was a small snake and that it is normal to find snakes around the property. Guests should be aware that snake sightings may occur on the premises. We also spent considerable time and money traveling from Vythiri, only to find that the property…

But a great place to experience the n + Location, specially the paddy field view, the hit on the paddy field, and tea shop. Worth a visit. − Suggestion for improvement : Temperature controlled pools should be implemented

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the food was absolutely delicious.We also tried the massage and spa, which was a wonderful and relaxing experience. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Crystal Kuruva to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

+ Great experience! The location is definitely off grid but in a very pristine and amazing scenery so it’s definitely worth it! The staff was very kind and helped me with everything I needed to! Especially, they provided me a driver that followed me during my whole stay! He was amazing! Always helpful, organized and on time, willing to also help me with the organization of the sightseeings and not also the driving itself. His name is Jamsheer and I highly recommend him! He was definitely an added value to my stay making sure everything was smooth and enjoyable.
