Pésimo. Mal estándar de servicios en general. + Nada − Todo: cero soluciones, no limpiaban las habitaciones si no estabas encima, en los restaurantes las comidas con moscas, dulces con hormigas, mal olor en habitación sin resolución, mala y nula atención. Horrible experiencia.

Awesome + Great value for the money. The hotel is completely renovated with super nice rooms and facilities. Please ignore previous comments about not being completed. The entire area is beautiful. We had the pleasure to visit multiple restaurants and all of them had great food. Recommend to book them already the first night to make sure that you have a spot. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room was always clean and filled up with water, drinks and snacks. Pools and beach is great with plenty of options for everyone. − The only negative aspect is that a big portion of the staff doesn’t speak English, so sometimes it can be a bit tricky to communicate, but it is always sorted out somehow. The resort is huge(you have access to all other hotels under the palladium umbrella), sometimes it can be a bit tricky to navigate. You can take out how many towels you want, so people tend to book up a lot of spots without really using them. When arriving later to the beach, it was us…

+ We like the food and beautiful scenery. Rafael Pequero did a great job in making our reservations and checking in on us. Consatantino did great at making us feel welcome and being available to drive us around. There were more staff that if I remembered there names I would also mention and leave a great review. − When we first arrived the floor in our room didnt feel clean but that was quickly resolved when mentioned.

+ Er zijn veel goede a-la-carte restaurants, hoge kwaliteit, elke dag vers. Live optredens en entertainment. Het personeel is erg aardig, ook al spreekt niet iedereen feilloos Engels, is het geen enkel probleem. Een groot pluspunt: we hadden 1 contactpersoon gedurende het verblijf. Rafeal konden we op elk moment bereiken met allerlei vragen. Hij heeft ons uitstekend geholpen. Erg blij mee! − Schoonmaken van de kamer had iets beter gekund, maar over het algemeen was het erg netjes. Af en toe kwam iemand vragen of alles op orde is met het schoonmaak en of er extra aandacht nodig is.

Volvería 100 veces a este hotel, su servicio es excepcional, si Raúl es tu mayordomo, tu experiencia será ideal. + Las instalaciones están renovadas, todo está muy ordenado y sin duda el servicio es excepcional. Raúl, nuestro mayordomo hizo que la experiencia fuera inigualable, nos resolvió cualquier duda o inquietud en cuestión de minutos y estuvo 100% atento que tuviéramos la mejor estadía. − -
