Agréablement surpris + Ce que j'ai aimé c'est l'accueil exceptionnel de Monsieur Mohamed Fathy, il a rendu notre séjour parfait, il était au petit soin, très professionnel et surtout tres réactif! L'hôtel est très bien équipé terrain de foot, padel, cheval, karting, paint ball.... − Peut être renouveler les équipements des douches/ salle de bain.

❤️ + The receptionist guy ( i didn't catch the name i think it was Mohammed or mustafa but he was young) was so polite and hospitable and helped me with everything Overall the staff is amazing and the whole stay was worth it − If only the location was near facilities but this can be overlooked

+ It was clean and cozy with a nice swimming pool − Too much Music, basically from the morning until 00:00 everyday. It was a bit too much.

ممتاز + تعامل الموظفين فوق الرائع من اول واحد تقابله تجد الترحاب حل اي مشكلة بسرعة والحرص علي رضاك المكان نظيف ومش زحمة الفطار رووعة وخصوصا انه يمكن تقديمه في الغرف

Good hotel good staff ,Great facilities value for money + Good hotel but its set for more weddings instead of tourist or foregigners, Great facitlities and nice people , Good staff at restaurent they tried very hard to keep us happy, Offered option could have been better when I compare some of the other hotels I stayed and open buffet would work better IMO as they have set 3 menue to select for breakfast. It can be turnedaround to very good 5* hotel for more touriest if they have right management team and to make relevent changes. But to be fair for the price I would accept as its value for money. − Noise on weekend on weddings too loud music, Reception to room with baggage its not great although porter did well to carry all of them bags to our room. Restaurent could offer more option and open bigger buffet could be better option. Freash management can make changes and take this hotel to another level.
