سيئة جداً ولن اكرر التجربة بتاتاً − كانت أسوء أقامة مرت علي، تم تبديل الفيلا الي حجزتها بفيلا اخرى دون اخباري ولما تواصلت مع الموظفين في البداية بلغوني بان الفيلا الي انا حاجزتها ودافعه فلوسها غير متاحة وانها اساسا غير متاحة مسبقا ولا تظهر بالنظام رغم متابعتهم معي لدفع كامل المبلغ قبل الوصول، وعند التواصل معهم تم التاخر علي لمدة 4 ساعات ونقلي للفيلا الاساسية دون تقديم ترحيب او ضيافه اساسية ولا حتى بطاقات الدخول الا على نهاية اليوم وبعد التفاوض باني لا اقبل بهذي المعامله وطلب استرجاع نصف المبلغ تم ابلاغي بانه سيتم خصم 50٪ واعادتها لحسابي ولكن ظهر بان الاحتساب بطريقه غلط ولا يوجد رد من الموظفين او توضيح الفواتير المتبقية حتى الان.
