+ سرعة استجابة خدمة الغرف . − خدمة السنترال . مستوى النظافه بكلا المطعمين للاسف تحت السئ الأطباق مستهلكة جدا وبعضها فيه شروخ وكسر واضح ومتسخه غالبا وبوجه عام منظر البوفيه للإفطار غير منظم وغير جاذب وغير نظيف .. وياليت يقف في كل ركن مساعد يمسح ويرتب ما يفسده بعض الزوار اثناء الاستخدام .. والله انا دخلت مطعمين في يومين متتاليين حتى الأرضية والكراسي تحتاج لتنظيف .. لابد من إعادة نظر للاطباق والتجهيزات بعين واعيه لما يأمله العميل .
