حيث أنني عميل قديم في هذا المكان أستطيع القول فندق مميز ولكن بدأت تظهر بعض السلبيات اللتي أرجو تداركها واتمنى لكم التوفي + الموقع الموظفون العاملون في خدمة الغرف − الإضاءت الخافته في دورة المياه لاتوجد الإفطار تغير عن السابق اختفت مثلآ الكبده والعريكه حيث كانوا مميزين بها التأخر في الرد على التلفون في خدمة الغرف

Unclean and very bad rooms and service + Nothing − I got a room that has a window on the swimming pool, which was all the day with kids playing there loud sounds extremely uncomfortable the washroom and the room extremely unclean

+ - − الفندق تغير علي كنت أسكن فيه على طول ، ولكن الآن أفكر أشوف غيره مفارش السرير متهالكة. الأرضية بلاط بعد ما كانت مفروشة بالسجاد، مع العلم أنه في بوكنج مكتوب أنها مفروشة!؟ الفطور أقل من عادي وتحس إنهم يركزون على التكلفة بغض النظر عن الجودة والتنوع.

+ Well maintained room, excellent breakfast with fresh wide range varieties. Location is approximately 3 km away from Haram. Shuttle bus service is provided. Taxi cost 20-25 riyal one way. Haircut shop is available in the Hotel. Convenient location, local Masjid is just few steps away from Hotel. Grocery store is ifew steps away. − Parking was closed and there was no space to park
