Great Stay + Overall location price breakfast and amenities are spot on! − The jacuzzi was not working, and there was no notice or communication from the front desk. We only realized it when we tried to use it and the pool staff then confirmed that it was out of service.

El personal súper amable + Me gustó el trato, las instalaciones, a pesar que fue un fin de semana con mucha lluvia, lo disfrutamos. − Retrasaron el check in, era a las 3 y a esa hora no estaba lista la habitación.

Hotel agradable, instalaciones adecuadas y muy buen ambiente. + Nos encantó las instalaciones, con buen mantenimiento, los jardines y la habitación en muy buen estado, sin olores desagradables. El servicios al cliente muy bueno muy amables y colaboradores.

Un très beau séjour + Les installations sont jolies, avec la jungle tout autour. La piscine est très agréable pour des enfants. Le personnel est très attentionné et très accueillant, le service est excellent. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, tout comme la restauration en général. Les chambres sont grandes et très propres. − Nous avons pris une chambre « familiale » simple (la 33) qui était vraiment très sombre, dont les seules vraies fenêtres étaient dans la salle de bain, ce qui n’était pas du tout pratique ni logique. La chambre était très propre, mais comme elle était très fermée elle était aussi humide, impossible de faire sécher quoique ce soit. Le mobilier de la chambre est insuffisant. Il est donc préférable de prendre des chambres « deluxe » ou demander une chambre à l’étage pour éviter ces soucis.

+ La ubicación a pesar de no estar frente al mar, está bastante cerca − No tenían planta eléctrica se fue la luz, lo que ocasionó que también estuviéramos sin agua por aproximadamente 5 horas. Se metía el ruido en exceso de los alrededores
