בביקור הבא ללא ספק זה יהיה מלון שבו נתארח שוב + אהבנו הכל חדרים נקיים, מסודרים, עם בידוד רעשים, מקרר קטן, קפה וכד׳, מזגן בחדר, כפכפים, כספת, מצרכי היגיינה כולל מברשת שיניים וכד׳ ובכלל מחשבה עד לפרט האחרון. מלון נמצא 4 דק הליכה מכיכר חירות ומאתרים מרכזיים. יש מלא מסעדות באזור, צוות נעים ועם רצון לסייע בכל דבר, ארוחות בוקר מגוונות וכל יום יש משהו חדש. − אהבנו הכל

תברחו!!!! לא לישון שם גם לא בחינם + המיקום עם הסתייגות, הוא ממש במרכז ועל רחוב ראשי אבל יש אפס!!! בידוד לרעשים וזה נוראי − מקום מזעזע! אין לי מושג מי נתן לו את הציון הזה, הגעתי בלית ברירה אחרי שבוטל לי מלון אחר, הנציג בקבלה הסתכל עלי עם המזוודה ואראה אפס רצון לעזור ואז הראה לי 2 חדרים מעופשים עם ריח נוראי, בגלל שלא הייתה אופצית ביטול לקחתי חדר אחד ותוך דקות שמעתי הכל מהרחוב, התחננתי שיבטלו לי כי הרגע הגעתי והיו אטומים לחלוטין. שתדעו שהבידוד הגרוע תקף להכל, אתם שומעים כל אדם במסדרון, על נשימה של מישהו, באמת שברמה שיש דף מפריד בין החדרים. לגבי החדר הקטן והמעופש אין שמיכה, שמבקשים מקבלים סדין מסכן, מיותר לציין שאת מיטה גרועה מאוד. והגרוע ביותר זה השטיח בחדר שאין חי מספיק מילים להסביר את הגועל של זה, לא הוחלף לפחות 30 שנה. הלוואי והביקורת הזאת תעזור לכם לא להגיע ולחוות את הזוועה. בקיצור תברחו

Просьба делать скидки постоянным клиентам:) + Во второй раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле и сова убедилась что персонал обслуживание все супер,Те кто пишут про скудный затрак мягко говоря ошибаются.Н а завтраке есть все!и все очень вкусно!Обязательно еще раз приеду. − нет такого!

+ На ресепшен очень отзывчивый персонал, все обращения не остались без внимания − Расположение хорошее, немного шумно из за проезжей части и туристической зоны, хочется горячих завтраков, или хотя бы подогрев блюд на сервисе, место для завтраков немного мрачновато

If I will be next time in Tbilisi I will stay in this hotel + The location is excellent. Near the hotel you have tour agencies, fruit/vegebatles shop, spar store, carfurre, the Liberty Square is in 2 minutes walk. The river Kura is near too. Breakfast was very tasty. Excellent hotel. − Nothing.
