Hôtel confortable et bien situé. + La taille de la chambre. La grande salle de bain avec une douche et une baignoire. Le personnel d’entretien qui était très souriant et très discret. − Le bar qui était fermé à 21h, le room service qui s’arrêtait très tôt alors qu’il était affiché 24h/7, le manque de sourire des réceptionnistes.

+ Breakfast was reasonable − Room was very bad smelly, dark, feeling of untidiness. Parking and other picture is not like a five star but somewhat 4 star or less.

The pool was nice, but our family's stay was completely ruined by an unbearable and unresolved sewage smell in the R + The only thing we really liked about the hotel was the nice pool that was available for us to use. − Unfortunately, our experience was far from a 5-star hotel standard. We stayed with our three sons in Room 505, and throughout all three nights, we suffered from a severe, unbearable, and foul sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We had to keep the windows open constantly just so we could breathe in the room. We complained repeatedly to the front desk, but instead of sending a plumber or a maintenance worker to check the pipes, they just sent cleaners with cleaning products – which obviously did not fix the problem at all. When we asked to change rooms, we were told there were no other family rooms available. The hotel management's handling of the situation was very disappointing. They refused to take responsibility for the health hazard and tried to dismiss the issue…

+ Расположение отеля неподалеку от центра, невероятно большие номера , качественное белье. Удобная парковка. Очень хороший и вкусный завтрак

Хорошее соотношение цены и качества + Просторная комната, красивый вид Относительно разнообразный завтрак. Приветливый персонал. Хорошая сауна. В номере по приезду легкое угощение, сок и вода, которую пополняют ежедневно. − Очень большие подушки удобнее оказалось без них На завтраке нет достойных ,на мой вкус десертов ( как сладкоежьке- мне это не понравилось) Летом дойти до гостиницы - сойдет 7 потов - потому, что она на возвышении. Но такси не дорогое - мы им спасались.
