Très bien mais trop chaud en période de canicule (pas de Clim). + L’accès facile en bus (ticket gratuit) et la place de parking à 10€. Chambre de trois adultes spacieuse. − L’absence de climatisation (température >35) et frigidaire. Cela a entraîné une surconsommation d’eau (douche) et d’électricité (ventilateur) qui n’est pas écologique.

Met our needs entirely. + Liked that it was an annex of the main hotel. It was nice and quiet. Room was very clean and comfortable. Met our needs entirely. The Guest Mobility Pass was very useful as the bus stopped virtually outside of the villa and was easy to hop on to get into Salzburg centre. − Nothing. I can see that some people might not like having to go 150m to the main hotel for breakfast and reception if the weather was bad, but for us this wasn’t a problem.

+ This was our second time in this hotel and the experience improved on almost every front. One of the best aspects about our stay was the diversity and the quality of the breakfast. In terms of staff, everyone was respectful and helpful, it is clear that the villa is very well mentained. Although the location is not central the area is quiet and clean, the historical part of the city still being easaly accesible by bus (there is a station near the villa and you get a pass to use it for free at the reception), or by foot (around 30 min.) − Everyhing was great.

Un posto tranquillo per un paio di notti a Salisburgo. + La Villa è la dépendance di un hotel che si trova a un centinaio di metri di distanza. Ristrutturata di recente, mantiene le caratteristiche della villetta tipica. La camera era molto grande e spaziosa, con diverse finestre che garantivano un'ottima circolazione dell'aria (la prima giornata era piuttosto calda... poi la pioggia ha rinfrescato). In ogni caso c'era un ventilatore, a terra, che ha aumentato il fresco. La camera era molto pulita, con tutto ciò che occorre. Il quartiere è super tranquillo e sebbene sia sulla strada non si sente alcun rumore. Si trova vicino al centro (sono 4 fermate di autobus, e sono molto frequenti). Il ticket è offerto dall'hotel. Il parcheggio è interno, molto comodo. La colazione, che si fa all'hotel, è varia e ricca: il servizio è velocissimo e molto cordiale: non essendo enorme la stanza in cui si fa colazione (se non ricordo male ci sono una dozzina di tavoli) si può fare anche all'aperto…

+ Een prettige locatie, met goede busverbinding naar het centrum. Chique ruime kamer. Salzburg is bijzonder duur, villa ceconi was de voordeligste optie.

+ Buena posición a 10 minutos del centro en bus y cerca hay un supermercado y sitios para comer, se parquea sin problema (10€/noche). Check in muy simple (eran las 11 pm). Habitación silenciosa y muy limpia. El wifi funcionaba bien . El baño era amplio y cómodo. Había shampoo/gel de ducha. − Es un sitio para solo ir a dormir y ya. No tiene frigo/minibar. No tiene terraza/balcon. La TV no es smart así que tienes q ver todo en alemán. Es incómodo para 3 personas si se pasa más de una noche, la cama de la tercera persona es sencilla con colchón y almohada no muy cómodos. En general es un sitio básico para solo ir a dormir.

Soggiorno di una notte + Ottima posizione, non in centro ma con fermata comodissima per l’autobus ( danno gratis la mobilità card) che in 5 minuti è in centro. Camera spaziosa e comoda. Ottima colazione con prodotti bio locali e fatti in casa (dell’hotel a 2 minuti). Comodo parcheggio

+ Très jolie villa. Un peu en dehors du centre, mais avec un tram devant la porte. L’hôtel propose des cartes pour les transports gratuitement. − Petit déjeuner un peu cher!!

Excellent stay near Salzburg + Excellent stay near Salzburg. Perfect location close to Salzburg with easy bus access right outside. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Super convenient to have a Billa supermarket just around the corner as well. − The breakfast felt a bit pricey for us, and it would have been great to see a simpler, more affordable option for the kids. Also, please note that there is no air conditioning, which is worth keeping in mind if you visit during a warm period.
