Si je devais résumer mon séjour en trois mots : humain, écoute et bienveillance + J'ai beaucoup apprécié la diversité culturelle du personnel de l'hôtel, jeune, très réactif et à l'écoute. L'humain au centre des discussions et un régal à discuter d'actualité avec eux. Les chambres sont très propres avec un lit et des draps impeccables. Petite anecdote, étant une cliente très à cheval sur la propreté, non pas pour me rassurer, mais pour le plaisir de séjourner dans un lieu propre J'ai demandé un aspirateur pour un brin de ménage et l'équipe a répondu présente aux besoins de la cliente..... − Le hall d'entrée pourrait être un peu plus décoré pour les clients, par exemple avec des tableaux de street art, un chevalet de peinture un piano placé à un endroit pour ceux et celles qui souhaitent jouer un peu de musique.........

Не бих препоръчал. + Кафето − Апартаментът нямаше нищо общо с тези снимки от букинг които ме накараха да избера този хотел. Беше на две нива като на второто ниво беше т.нар. голяма спалня, която беше толкова малка, че единия ъгъл на леглото се закачаше при отваряне и затваряне на вратата, а другия опираше в стената, така че трябваше да го прескачат за да си легнеш. Малка, схлупена, задушна стая с малка капандура на покрива, която се затваряше автоматично понеже валеше. Никакъв нормален прозорец. Тоалетната и банята са на различни етажи. Много глупаво измислено, неефективно и неудобно. Относно чистотата- една паяжина в банята и една ба долния етаж с паяка. Съжалявам че не снимах разпадналия се климатик. За закуска изстинали кроасани, гаден "портокалов сок".

Zentral, nettes Personal und sauber + Wir sind als Familie gereist. 2 Erw. und 2 Teenager. Das Hotel Apartment war passend. Die Größe des Zimmers war ausreichend. Die Lage war perfekt, um fußläufig die Attraktionen zu besuchen. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

Ottima posizione ma zona caotica + Ottima posizione per visitare eil centro e vicino ai mezzi pubblici − Non mi è piaciuto molto il fatto che fuori dalla struttura ci fossero diversi senza tetto e mi e sembrata molto caotica come città, ma a dire di alcuni camerieri dei locali dove siamo andati a mangiare viene definita tranquilla. La via davanti all' ingresso è molto piccola e molto spesso occupata da camioncini e non c'è modo di poter scaricare le valigie. Nel nostro caso avevamo una macchina con box sul tetto e non potevamo scendere nel garage

Assez bien sauf le parking + Situation géographique − Personnel peu agréable et parking horrible . Difficile d y rentrer et horrible pour en sortir .
