Bonne localisation mais la nuitée reste chère pour la qualité de la prestation. + La position centrale de l'hôtel. L'ascenseur. − 1. Parking J'ai été très mal renseigné concernant les possibilités de parking dans le centre-ville (gratuit entre 19h et 9h30) alors que j'avais justement demandé des informations à la réception dès mon arrivée. J'ai retrouvé ma voiture à la fourrière le lendemain matin de mon arrivée car il y avait le marché (aucune information de non stationnement sur place. L'hôtel était au courant mais ne m'a rien dit). J'ai dû annuler mon déplacement au Mont St Michel. Tout ceci m'a coûté 225€ sans parler du stress et du désagrément occassionnés. Il est difficile de se garer le soir en dehors des parkings souterrains car le centre-ville est piétonnier et il y a des travaux avec accès bloqués (saison estivale). 2. Chambre Ce n'est pas une vraie chambre triple, mais une chambre double avec un fauteuil-lit déplié au milieu de la chambre. La SDB équipée d'une baignoir…

+ Ubicació excel·lent. Cèntric però tranquil. L'hotel no té aparcament propi però hi ha un aparcament públic just a la plaça del davant. És recomanable demanar a l'hotel tiquets de l'aparcament per 24 o 48h. Esmorzar correcte. Staff amable i eficaç. − Res a destacar.

+ We were very happy to stay at this hotel, and here is why. The hotel has a great location on a lovely square, close to the city centre. There is also a public underground car park just a 2-minute walk from the hotel entrance, which was very convenient for us. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff at reception, and check-in was quick and smooth. Our child’s bed was already prepared for us, which was a very thoughtful touch. Although the hotel is not new, it is clear that the staff pay attention to its appearance and to the quality of the services they provide. Our room was cozy and clean, with a small balcony overlooking the square. The towels and bed linen were fresh and spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would be happy to come back. − The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. We would have appreciated a little more variety and a wider selection of options.

Good attitude of reception employee to solve a problem from the AC pump. + The quality of the service and the people attitude to help us solving a problem of intermittent noise from the AC which was keeling us awake during the night − An intermittent noise from the AC unit kept us awaken during the first night. Nobody could help us until the following day when a technician diagnosed a defect from a pump. There was nobody available during the night so the reception desk person kindly offered us to switch room during our second day and gave us 3 free breakfasts
