Best place to relax + The location is superb. Sea and mountain view. Near to Taroko gorge. We had a flat tyre. The hosts helped us with everything! They are so helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms super clean. − Nothing

Exceptional + What did I like? Everything! I was picked up from the station by Johnny and taken to their beautiful house. The spotlessly clean room is huge with a big comfy round bed. The view of the Pacific from the room is s beautiful and you can walk along the sea wall. I was served a great western style+fruit breakfast which lasted me most of the day Finally, they stored my luggage while I went to Taroko Gorge and brought it to the station for me. (After helping me buy train tickets and taking me to the Taroko Park base). Then they asked if there was anything else that they could do for me!!! Worth the price as the experience was completely stress free. − Nothing

Nice B&B Close to the Ocean + It's easy to navigate to this location and the parking is right out front. It's a true B&B where there is a dining area and kitchen downstairs and rooms with bathrooms upstairs. The room had excellent sound deadening and we never heard the other guests or the hosts. The breakfast was good and the dining room is nice with a nice view out the front of the B&B. The hosts were nice, but my wife did all the talking in Chinese, so I'm not sure how well they manage speaking in English. The only thing we weren't a fan of was the bed. We selected the room with the round bed and not only is it an odd shape, but it's not very comfortable. Other than that, I would recommend staying here. Also, side note, it's a short drive to the local night market, but since it's a small town night market, it doesn't have a lot of quality options.

Great place when visiting Taroko Gorge + Large comfortable spotless room. Great shower. Owners are wonderful people who make you feel very welcome. Very helpful with trip planning for Taroko. Beautiful view of the sea. − Not a lot of eating options within walking distance but the little restaurants were fine.

The best service award + This was the best B&B I’ve ever stayed. It’s not only because of its cleanliness, spacious room, and ocean front location, but also the hospitality that owner Mr. Wu provided. He made me feel that I went home, a friend’s or relative’s home. Mr. Wu discussed the bus/train schedules with me and gave me the best suggestions. If there was no bus or no good schedule, Mr. Wu would take me there. The B&B is 5-minute driving or 25- minute walking from Xincheng Train Station. When I got to a bus, I messaged Mr. Wu on Booking with the estimated arrival time. When I arrived, Mr. Wu would have been already there waiting for me. − ocean front. I watched sunrise every day.

Superb + A beautiful quiet house with spacious, clean rooms and toilet. Great Seaview, can see stars and sunrise. Awesome hospitality. The host helped carry the luggages up since there is no lift.

Very comfortable home with a beautiful ocean view just outside of Taroko Gorge. + Our stay at Taroko B&B was great. It is just outside of Taroko Gorge with a nice ocean view. Keep in mind that you cannot swim at this location, but the view is lovely. The owners were friendly and accommodating. They did our laundry for free, which was wonderful. We had a room on the 3rd floor (walkup only) with a huge deck. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and watching the ocean. Our room was clean and large. The AC worked great. The water pressure was nice. Breakfast was delicious. We were there when the earthquate struck and the building held up well with no damage. The owners helped make a stressful situation better. If you are staying at this location it is good to have a vehicle, as there is not a lot to see or do in the town. We ended up driving to Hualien for dinner. − No complaints, just you may feel a little isolated in this part of town without a vehicle. I would definitely stay there again. A…
