+ The room was large and in an excellent location. Free parking. − the futon beds were too small and not very suitable for tall children. They might be better for younger kids, but they weren't ideal for us.

Overly priced hotel with subpar quality. + The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Beside that everything is subpar. − Price was way too expensive for the quality of hotel. Parking lot was small and dirty. There was no staff to communicate with. There were no air conditioner remotes so we couldn't turn on the ac. I will never come to this hotel again.

Passable hotel with a good price + Great location if the objective is Seoraksan and/or beach. Easy check-in and out. Possible to leave luggage in lockers. − Quite dated. Could do with more attention to cleaning… mini towels only. No drain in shower so bathroom tends to be flushed…

숙소 답답한거 싫은 분들께 강추 + 넓고 깨끗하고 티비 두군데 다 잘나오고 전자렌지 밥솥 가위 그릇 컵 등 시설에 놀랐습니다 화장실도 어쩜 두개인데다가 넓고 환기켜두면 건조 잘되구요 뒤에가 통창이잖아요 넓은 식탁에서 사진 찍었는데 식당아니냐는 소리들었어요 너무 좋다 생각만하고 밥먹는 사진은 찍었는데 리조트에대한 사진은 안찍었네요 직원분 친절하셨고 다음에 또 가고 싶어요 − 아 딱하나있는데 자판기 물이 천원이다..라는!ㅎㅎ 물먹기가 아깝더라구요

+ Near the sea, 7/11, beautiful view − It was supposed to be four bed bedroom. But unfortunately there was a misunderstanding about one bed - there should be a futon but the only thing we found was a duver. When we wanted to ask someone about this, we couldn't find anyone...

+ 가격이 워낙 저렴해서 시설이 조금 부족한 부분이라든지 모든 단점을 상쇄합니다. 다만 속초 해수욕장을 뺑 돌아가야해서 한참 걸려요. 질러갈 수 있는 길이 앞에 있는데 아파트에서 민원이 있었는지 막아놔서 큰 찻길로 돌아서 10분 가까이 걸어야하는데 수영복입고 짐들도 조금 그랬어요.. 이 점 명시를 해둬야할듯해요~ − 없습니다.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr gut geeignet + Großes Zimmer mit 2 Bädern, Küchenzeile, Massagesessel in der Lobby, unkomplizierter Self-Check-In − Trotz sehr großzügiger Zimmergröße nur 1 Doppelbett, 2 von 4 Personen mussten auf Futons am Boden schlafen. Die Zimmergröße hätte ein zweites Doppelbett erlaubt. Nur kleine Handtücher vorhanden, der Müll musste selbst entsorgt werden. Bei dem unschlagbaren Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kann man aber über diese "Mankos" hinwegsehen, vor allem, wenn man nur für einen Kurzaufenthalt hier übernachtet.
