Excellent location with responsive staff. Room is spacious, clean, and welcoming. + My flight was delayed and I could only check in after 3pm after an overnight transfer. The staff did their best to help make the stay enjoyable and were thoroughly responsive. There was a slight language barrier but with translation apps, this did not pose any issue. Really like the spacious room and cleaniness. Definitely would stay here again for my next Jeju trip! − Nothing I didnt like in particular. In fact, the offerings matches a 5 star hotel sans the eatery. This is easily solved due to the wide range of offerings nearby. Ranging from western, to Korean, to Chinese, and Japanese.

+ 酒店位置很好，周围有很多饭店、便利店，很方便，酒店离柱状节理带、中文海水浴场、泰迪熊博物馆等景点都很近~房间挺干净，每天打扫也很及时，服务态度也很好，性价比很高~

我是到ICC參加研討會，剛好可以在酒店門口搭接駁車，附近也有便宜超市可以採買，以後如果還有來會想再來住。 + 地理位置優越，門前就有公車站。即使是自駕的旅客，酒店也提供室外及地下的停車場，完全不擔心沒地方停車。 − 本來在Booking上看到飯店會附建議的免費早餐，但實際到現場發現早餐必須加錢，屬實讓人有些錯愕。
