+ Бесконтактное заселение, отличные условия проживания, кондиционер, кухня в номере. Метро рядом. − Почти все на корейком языке, мало информации на английском, сложно было разобраться с системой выброса мусора. Хорошо бы иметь памятку внутри номеров.

Great location, too dependent on apps for real customer service. + The location to the Pentaport and the businesses on the ground floor, and the western pool and foot spa across the street − When I went to check out early, no one was available. This is missing a personal touch. Everything is through an app. There is no one you can ask questions to in real time. We could have used some help ordering a taxi to the airport, but there was no one at the desk to help us type the Korean hangul address. We could have used a few more towels, but there was no one at the front desk to ask. All the signs at the front desk were in Korean, with no English translations, which added to the stress of not having a direct point of contact to ask questions. There are 3 other hotels/urban stays in the same lobby, and they won't help you with anything if you're not with them, so having a front desk person is really important, especially if you don't know Korean very well.

+ Our stay at Urbanstay Songdo Moonlight Park was great! The apartment was beautiful: cozy, clean, and with a very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Check-in was easy and the host was welcoming and responsive in their answers. Very good position too, right next to a stunning park. Definitely recommended!

It was mediocre. Don’t believe everyone’s reviews. They’re all from different parts of the world and their definitions o + Overall, it was well maintained. However, cleaning wasn’t done properly and there were stains on the curtains and the walls. Shower booth wasn’t clean as well. There was fungus on the shower head and I had to clean it with an extra toothbrush I had. It would be nice to get the cleaning done properly for the next customers who will be using this lodging. − Cleanness & ac not working well.

+ The place is well located with food options and convenience store. The stay is comfortable and I like that I can do laundry. − There is no trash disposal and the waste bag provided is too small.
