Second time here, will always return! + Solo traveler and I always stay at Tmark when in Rome. Clean room, good AC (July trip), friendly staff, stones throw from the Vatican museum. I skip the full breakfast but have a cappuccino at the hotel every morning.

Very helpful staff and close to Vatican and iconic landmarks. + Close proximity to Vatican, beautiful lobby and helpful staff. A very special thanks to Olga at the reception who has been most helpful and understanding when we faced critical challenges. − The walls in the room were a bit dirty most probably from.other guests usage. The air conditioning was too cold and could not be adjusted in the room.

Good stay and great location. + Its location was primarily reason for booking it. Facilities were good for our needs. − Access to affordable drinking water via the hotel mini bar as a bottle of water was €1 from a shop and hotel was €3.

+ Did not get breakfast. − First time to be in a room that did not have a thermostat. it is frustrating not to be able to control the room temperature. Although the housekeeping staff was kind enough to have the temperature lowered when we asked.

We had a great stay. Location was perfect, staff very helpful and the room one if the best that we have stayed in so far + Rooms are large and has the ambiance of a time gone. Fantastic marble floors - especially when it’s hot outside!

It can get crazy in Rome in the heat, it was nice to comeback and be able to refresh and rest. + Quite inside. Air conditioned. Excellent location. Taxis, Buses, Metro all within 5mins walks. Close to local cuisine and site seeing.
