Cold air conditioning and warm hospitality in Milan + Nadia Adele Aida Francesco and Paola made our hotel buffet experience warm and personal each day of the week we enjoyed with them. Great hotel with great cold air conditioning! Patrick’s in the bar made wonderful chilling cocktails and free snacks that set a nice hospitality experience. Yey Marriott family!

Best staff ever! + Patrick always remembered my drink order at breakfast. Each waitress and waiter always were so kind and available. Francesca and Ahmed at the front desk were extremely helpful when I had to deliver lost items to a co worker and use a local company. I will stay at this hotel again if I get the opportunity.

Customer Service + Ahmed and Francesca at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. Patrick at the Bar (and Alex) and later at breakfast were the best. Patrick always remembered what I drank and had my drink available whether it was a a drink or coffee.

Perfect layover! + After an initial mix up over whether breakfast was included, we have concluded that we have discovered a gem of a hotel in Milan. The food offering at breakfast was exceptional and even the bar meals were of another class. Rooms were presented to the highest standards and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us. − We never did figure out how the lifts worked, but I’m sure it was something to do with efficiency!

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and in a great location. The breakfast is varied and delicious. It is within walking distance of the train station, and you can easily reach many places, including the Duomo, by metro. There is also a supermarket nearby. The rooms are very clean. If I come to Milan again, I will definitely stay here again.✨ − There was nothing negative about the hotel. However, some of the reception staff were not very friendly. It may have been because they were busy, but I felt a little uncomfortable with the communication. I would like to thank Ahmed at the reception for his kindness and help.🙏🏻

Family in Milan + Beautiful hotel in a great location in Milan. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. A lovely place to stay, especially if you want to be close to the main attractions. Highly recommended!

Exceptional hotel in Milan + Our second stay here and it didn’t disappoint. All the luxuries of a Marriott Bonvoy hotel and a fantastic location close to Milano Centrale train station. Food and service are exceptional here.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and clean. Just not very impressed by breakfast + Nice and comfortable area − Breakfast was not very good compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Not horrible just not the best. The last day we had to shower with cold water.
