the location is great for us when we come to Cromwell. + the location was grea close to where our family live − Its a bit dated and tired, we had to walk a long way to our room, including stairs

The complex is nice but it's like the accommodation was an afterthought + Not much. − Take your bags into reception thinking I go to my room from here only to put bags back in the car and drive to where my room is. Where you park outside your room, key doesn't unlock door and have to walk even further. No room service. Restaurant you have to walk even further. Sorry just tired at the end of day.

+ They asked for money after already paid the room , in case I damaged it , I dont damage rooms and they are insulting . − Just dont go there , they are expensive and the rooms are average at best .Poor value for money.

Usually we live our stay there, this time too close to the carpark. $315 for a bad nights sleep, not + The location was not good. Not only did we get all the traffic noise but we were awoken to a car alarm going off in the main carpark at 3am. − Not being near the main carpark.

Very enjoyable. + We didn’t have breakfast at your restaurant. The location was very convenient to all the restaurants and shops. − There was a thumping noise at night , it sounded like a pump house.

Covenient for our need for the night + Restaurant and cafe near where we were staying made it easy to get meals. Staff were very polite. Clean and tidy room. − A little noisy in the middle of the night with trucks waking us up.
