    Wonderful location but very disappointing stay + The location and setting of the property are wonderful. The rooms were a good size Complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate sachets − The mini golf was largely unplayable due to water and leaf debris. The basketball net was broken and bats/balls etc for the table tennis were not available once the reception closed at 6. The room smelt musty, particularly the bed linen. There was no chopping board so a challenge to even make toast. The tv would not turn on and despite several attempts to contact facility management we got no response until shortly after 9am the following morning, and as we were in process of checking out I didn’t see the message til later in the day. When dropping back the key I wasn’t even asked if we had a good stay and my mood wasn’t the best after a long and fraught evening with three kids and nothing to do so I decided not to discuss all the issues with that member of staff.
