Charming Swiss experience in a city setting. + The theme, quaintness and cleanliness of the property. Nespresso in room, slippers and robes. Great communication by hotel and staff prior to arrival and during our stay. City pass for public transportation by hotel. Beds were comfortable and room was adequately air conditioned. Restaurant was fun; food was delicious. Live music. Enjoyed fondue, beef and fish offerings. Service was excellent. One block from the water promenade and short walk to shops, bakery and grocery stocked stores. − Our room was a connecting family room. It was perfectly set up, however would have preferred hardwood flooring vs carpeting. Consider not hanging laundry bags over hallway railings for rooms that needed service. It spoiled the appeal and the charm of the hotel. *But the service was excellent by housekeeping.

Une adresse originale et très bonne à Genève. + Personnel très agréable et cordial. La déco de la chambre était top. Mais l'apothéose était la déco du restaurant !!! Avec un vrai chalet suisse dans le restaurant, pendules-coucou et feu de cheminée ! − Il n'y a pas de parking à moins de 600m de l'hôtel. Dans la chambre, les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain et non séparés. Je préfère la douche aux bains, prendre une douche dans cette baignoire était glissant.

Nice hotel,kind staff, excellent location, severe limitation with dinner possibilies + Location, alpine style furnitures, cleanliness, good breakfest − Evening al carte menue was very narrow and and limited, i.e. chicken , poultry were not availble , pork only a single greasy dish. poor quality and extremely slow IT devices, much difficulties to have a print out regarding boarding cards

Friendly well situated hotel + The staff were highly professional, friendly and hospitable. The room was very clean with good quality toiletries. The location was superb, a short walk to the town centre, around the beautiful lake. − Nothing, everything was lovely.

+ Úžasná byla poloha hotelu kousek od jezera. Vybavení hotelu je krásné a čisté. Personál nápomocen a příjemný. − Ve výtahu byl cítit zápach asi z kuchyně. Také nás prekvapila nemožnost zaparkovat u hotelu. Byl nám doporučen parkovací dům asi 600m od hotelu.

A memorable stay + The hotel was very attractively decorated in a winter chalet theme. The restaurant was particularly beautiful and the all staff were cheerful, helpful and friendly. It was centrally located, a short walk to all attractions. We really enjoyed our nights stay here.

A highlight of this hotel is the restaurant with fondue and an excellent authentic muscian! + We appreciated the central location. We really enjoyed the food and entertainment at the restaurant. This was a highlight of our trip. There were some common spaces where we could visit with friends. − We wanted to make a change in shortening our stay by one night, but they were not able to accomodate this request. Our room was quite warm despite the air conditioning, but they were able to provide a fan in addition to the air conditioning.

Fantastic staff, Pierre and Raphael in particular. + The room was perfect. The location was central. We were not able to use the restaurant because there were no reservations − I liked everything.

Cosy stay within walking distance of most of Geneva’s sights. + Cosy alpine feel. Well maintained rooms. − Bathrooms could be a bit bigger. Lack of chest of drawers.
