They came in and threw my stuff away (one thing difficult to replace) because they thought I had checked when I did the + The couches − Disorganized I’ve never had this issue at another hostel. They came in and threw my stuff away (one thing difficult to replace) because they thought I had checked when I did the whole recheck-in early that morning. They said because I was in the wrong bed.

The facility is disappointing. + The location is about 10-minte walk to the Transport Center Station. − The facility is below expectation, even if with a budget price.

Very good . + Good location, central. Good to have coffee and tea offered. Bit noisy with some cars moving around . − Cars moving around could be noisy. On website led to believe there was a private toilet / shower.

Bien juste pour une nuit. + situé près de pac n save , plein de restaurant à coté, épices huiles et sauces disponible pour cuisiner, proximité de l'arret intercity bus, proximité du centre, proximité du bord de la rivière − les lits grincent beaucoup, cafard dans la chambre, éponge sale, pas de telecomande pour gérer le chauffage dans ma chambre, pas d'ascenseur, le personel ne frappe pas toujours avant d'entrer dans les chambres. Salle de bain sombre et sent la moisissure

Centrally Located + The room size was adequate, and the air conditioning worked well. Place is centrally located − The reception experience was disappointing. I had a late check-in at around 7:30 - 7:45 pm, but there was no greeting, smile or basic courtesy from the staff member. I was simply asked, “The reservation is under whose name?” A simple “Hello, how can I help you?” would have made a much better first impression. Some basic customer service and hospitality training would be beneficial. The kitchen/common area also needs refurbishment and better attention to cleanliness and maintenance. I also became unwell with cold and cough symptoms after drinking the water at the property, so I would recommend that management check the water quality and hygiene standards.

+ Ubication and stuff were nice. − Kitchen was so dirty: people didn’t clean their mess, the sink was plenty of water with food. We couldn’t cook there because it was disgusting. The fridge smelled bad; bed was uncomfortable, we were two persons sleeping in a queen bed and we woke up with pain in our back.

+ It was easy to find, and easy parking, great communication to get the after hour access- also there was another backpacker there, that didn't know about this, so I called for him and person opened the reception. Good looking kitchen and common room area, I didnt use them though, so cant feedback on those. Had enough storage space, a little fridge that was turned off when I got there and enough space to store luggage, also enough power plugs and a tv − Did not like the room, no window apart from a top light that was drafting looked like rusty at the top and watermarks running down the walls. 💥Didn't like the bathroom and showers, one hand towel for all visitors to use, and someone left their toothbrush there to charge🤮 Also seals of the white wear dirty and worn, bathroom walls also stains from running down water on it. A sign that stated use old rugs- none to see,not sure who was supposed to use them👎 🕚It was very noisy, doors kept slamming and I dont know who or what was right…
