Not worth the money. + Location − Non working AC/ said I would receive refund and never received. No staff for help. Showers fill up with water and flood.

Não recomendo + Gostei da localização. − Primeiro a foto do quarto não corresponde à realidade, o polibam estava entupido, chuveiro estragado, AC portátil muito antigo que tornava o quarto ainda mais quente, os lençóis da cama pareciam que eram usados e o edredão tinha odor a urina. E não tem ninguém responsável que possamos contactar.

+ Estudio aconhedor. − Acho que devia estar mais toalhas de banho disponíveis (em atenção que foram 5 dias). E ter um kit ds limpeza ( vassoura, apanhador, esfregona e etc).

Suficiente para uma breve passagem, bem localizado. + Espaço amplo e com bastante lugar para viagens de família. − Alojamento no sotão, muito quente, com ar condicionado portátil apenas num dos quartos, sem escoamento de água, logo só funciona 10/15 minutos até ter de ser novamente vazado o que o torna impraticável. Acesso via escadas muito íngremes, de muitos degraus, dificultando consideravelmente a subida com bagagem. Não é adequado a pessoas com dificuldades de mobilidade.

+ Confortável, limpo. − Fiquei num quarto sem casa de banho privada, tudo bem, mas é preciso fazer uma reparação nos sanitários públicos.

+ Mobile Air conditioning in the room. There was a lot of noise outside to sleep with open windows. − The room wasn't ready for us when we arrived late in the evening. No one was answering phones mentioned in the booking. After a while we were proposed to use another room, which was smaller and had only one bed instead of two in the room we booked.

Excellent + The location was great. Very clean with loads of tiny details, all the amenities you can think of were available! Parking was in front of the door

+ Location is very central − The room smelled very unpleasant and it didn’t go away even with all windows open. The room looks old and shabby, especially the bathroom. Shower drain was overflowing after 30 sec while it takes roughly 5 min for water to get warm. AC vent was not even attached. The staff didn’t respond to messages prior to arrival or during the stay. “24/7 front desk” was empty the whole time.

Large loft with comfortable space but AC needs fixing. + The top floor has a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen. Easily sleeps 4. Dining table. Kitchen with many utensils, pots, fridge, stove, microwave. There is a nice walk-out to an outside pad. − The A/C was not working. Did troubleshooting with property management and although they couldn’t fix it that night, I opened the water drain in the back and put a pot under it to catch the water and the AC unit was able to work all night.

Boa para uma curta viagem ☺️ + É um alojamento super central. − Por ser central, durante a noite é bastante barulhento na rua. Só tivemos acesso às informações para entrar no alojamento porque nós é que entramos em contacto (no próprio dia). Tivemos um problema com a atribuição do quarto, que depois de algum tempo, foi resolvido. Nunca tivemos um contacto por parte da propriedade. O quarto que nos colocaram, embora tivesse cozinha, era muito quente e com uma clarabóia (tinha um ventilador portátil). Estacionamento perto pode ser um problema.

Muy mal + Lo único bueno es la ubicación. La cama no era incómoda. − La limpieza de los baños brilla por su ausencia. En un comentario de enero he leído que había un charco en el baño de las chicas. Tranquilos, sigue estando. No sé si quieren declararlo nueva laguna de la isla y hacerlo visitable. Un día se acabó el papel higiénico y al día siguiente no estaba repuesto, así que supuse que no pasaban a limpiar. Dos días después sí que había papel, pero el charco seguí ahí, así que o la persona que pasó no considero que eso fuera para limpiarlo o se crea rápidamente y no se ha solucionado el problema de fondo que hay detrás de eso. Además no huelen bien. En la ducha compartida una noche encontré la visita de una cucaracha. El wifi no funcionó nunca. Las toallas que nos dejaban estaban lavadas, pero tenían manchas negras.
