+ If it was upto me I would have given them 6 stars, had the most beautiful view with the best service. Exceptional breakfast, everything was so fresh. Came here for our anniversary and would recommend it to everyone!

+ A cozy, clean and comfortable spot at an excellent location. The restaurant served gourmet food at reasonable prices featuring extraordinary views of the surrounding landscape. Excellent customer service starting with Manuel who was very helpful with planning local hikes. Highly recommended to anyone interested visiting the Lucerne/Pilatus area.

Beautiful position, room could have been better. + Really The hotel is in a beautiful position with gorgeous views of the mountains and valley plus lovely walks straight from the hotel. Our room was on the third floor (no lift) and was quite small with no en- suite bathroom and the double bed’s side was against the wall which made it difficult to get out of for one of us (ie me!) Also nowhere to put or hang clothes, not even a rack to put suitcases on. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was nice.

très bel endroit calme et reposant. + l'emplacement avec vue sur les montagnes, l'aspect chalet, la grande terrasse. jolies chambres avec petit balcon, il n'y avait pas de télévision dans les deux chambres louées, du vrai repos! De nombreux sentiers de randonnées, entretenus et accessibles.

+ Rustikales, heimeliges Hotel. Sauber, Doppelbett sehr bequem. Unkompliziertes Self Check-In, da wir spät anreisten. Sehr feines Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. − Eigenes Dusche/WC gegenüber des Zimmers, man musste das Zimmer verlassen. Ein Bademantel wär noch gut... Dafür stolzer Preis.

Our stay at The Hammer Hotel was wonderful. The weather, the staff, the food and the room....Great! + the location was the best ,the views from our room were picture perfect. we woke to the sight of Mt. Pilatus every morning. not to mention the sunsets...Wow The Restaurant meals were wonderful. Breakfast was ok. The room was lovely, a comfy bed and a small balcony. − If anything ,maybe a better breakfast. there wasn't much not to like.
