Disappointing. Used condom found on floor next to bed. Overall cleanliness not up to 4 star quality. + Nothing provided − Website indicated on premises coffee shop. Not so.

Staff are great - but the towels and linen needs replacing. Not up to standard I would expect of a + Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was in walking distance of St Augustines hospial − A towel with a hole in it was placed in the bathroom on one occasion A towel with a big yellow stain was placed in the bathroom on one occasion A fitted sheet with a big tear down the top corner was put on my bed on one occasion I would expect a hair dryer in a room of a 4 star There was a leak under the basin A lot of noise from the staff kitchen at night and early morning
