Too small for more than 1 person + It's an excellent location for our purposes. The staff were all friendly. − The rooms are tiny. I did ask if they had a bigger room available and was moved to a bigger room when one was available (thank you for that), but the initial room was really unlivable. It was too small to even change your mind in. I didn't realise that I had a touch of claustrophobia until I stayed here. I don't think this is a boutique hotel; it's more of a house that's been turned into a motel. I largely blame myself for not taking a closer look, and if I were someone literally just looking for a place to sleep for one night, it wouldn't be too bad.

Would never stay here if I had known the state of the place. + Location is great and staff were very friendly and helpful. − The facilities were old and dilapidated. Water damage left all the cupboards swollen. Plug points were falling off the wall. The kid's room was a health hazard-. It had a consistent odour of bird droppings due to a window that was encrusted in the bathroom. It also meant that the window could not be opened. I was worried about their health. We left early and was assured we would get a portion of our money back but have not been provided a refund.
