Muy bonito pero falta mantenimiento + La ubicación está muy bien − Le falta mantenimiento y limpieza, los radiadores de toallas están muy sucios, le falta una mano de pintura a las habitaciones y mantenimiento en general en las habitaciones

Fabulous location, comfortable rooms, great service and good food, all in one place. + What a wonderful location, close to but not in the heart of Toledo, with views from the restaurant and rooms over the valley/river to Toledo. The room was very comfortable and the restaurant food was very good with an excellent breakfast available and included in the cost of the room. The cost was also very reasonable definitely value for money. Again, if looking for a place to stay near but not in the middle of a city/town that you want to visit, then book here, highly recommend it. − Nothing

Dice ser de 5 estrellas. Le sobran 2 o más. Parece que el escaso personal considera a los clientes como si fuesen enemig − Las atenciones del personal. No había nadie que atendiera las maletas y ayudara a bajarlas del coche. Sabían que tenía movilidad reducida. Las indicaciones para llegar a la habitación no eran claras. La habitación amplia, con mobiliario costroso. El baño con una ducha inútil y la tapa del inodoro suelta. El cable de una lámpara medio pelado. El aire acondicionado ingobernable.

Nada de 5 estrellas + Las vistas de la.ciudad − No parecía un hotel de 5 estrellas. No tenia ni un calentador de agua para hacer un café o infusión. No tenía ni zapatillas ni albornoz, en el baño solo había un bote de gel, y nada de loción corporal, peine, cepillos de dientes, para ser de 5 estrellas esperaba algo mucho mejor.
