Beautiful hotel with bad service + Room was spacious − The message from the hotel saying my booking would be canceled if I didn’t call then before 18h, I’ve called them informing that our flight was cancelled but they still threatened us with canceling after charging the room. Very noisy, late music until 2oclock. Asked for water in the room before dinner, came back and had to ask again. The worst breakfast we’ve ever had in a hotel.

Lovely stay + Beautiful breakfast, very comfortable beds, superb location and a lovely terrace. The staff went above and beyond and we had a bottle of cava as a welcome with their compliments − Slight problem with the air conditioning unit but it was corrected immediately, everything else was superb

Localizacion top + Una estancia excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, las habitaciones son cómodas y están impecables, y todo el personal fue increíblemente amable y atento. Sin duda volveremos en nuestra próxima visita a Madrid. Muy recomendable!

Et kort men meget hyggeligt ophold. Jeg kommer helt sikkert tilbage. + En afslappet stemning på hotellet, med et meget serviceminded personalet, der gerne gør lidt ekstra for gæsterne. Personalet i baren / restauranten var super professionelt. Rengøringspersonalet var hyggeligt og talte engelsk. Transport til og fra lufthavnen, er dyr men effektiv.
