We made two reservations through Booking.com: the first from May 14 to 18,2026 and a second from May 20 to 22,2026. We inquired about early check-in for our arrival, as we were traveling from London. We used the messaging service on Booking.com to communicate our request; however, we did not receive any response. Despite this, we chose to pay an additional fee for early check-in, which was accommodated. Our accommodation in the One Bedroom Deluxe (Room 1401 for both bookings) was comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel is conveniently located close to The Row restaurants, making dining options easily accessible. We appreciated the good Wi-Fi connectivity, as well as the hotel’s facilities, including the pool and gym. Additionally, we were pleased to see that the hotel supports local artists, which adds a unique cultural touch to the property. …
