+ Location was great − Room was extremely hot, air con unit did not work. All power went off in the middle of the night. Lots of weird things happened, strange people trying to enter our bedrooms. A member of staff tried to coerce me into the bin area.

+ For the price it was absolutely brilliant. Very clean, comfortable and ideal location for what we were doing. − The rooms were so hot it was unbearable to sleep. In the middle of the heatwave could possibly do with updating that although comfortable just extremely hot.

Hotel stay + The hotel was in an excellent location. The river Thames could be seen from our bedroom window. The room was spacious and provided what we needed. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and were on hand to assist. − The room could have been cleaner with sticky marks on the dressing table and bedside tables. The fridge advertised was barely cold and was unclean.

Never again + It is a very tired room, I had to change it. − I have not been able to secure an invoice since my stay which is very problematic.

Do not recommend + The hotel was located right next to the River what was very nice but it had a walkthrough through it what was very loud at night especially on the weekends − The rooms are very disgusting is one word to put it it had stains up the walls to carpets mould in the bathroom on the roof I complain to reception and they did move us to a different room what didn't have mold but once again stains on the carpets marks all over the walls the French doors did not lock what was very dangerous if you had children because it LED on to an upstairs balcony the two rooms we were in was downstairs number 11 and second floor 36

A lot to improve. + Location by the river. − On arrival the extra charge for pets was 150 % more than the expected fee per bring fido booking policy. We booked family room and we're allocated a double room with no sofa bed for our teenage daughter and had to go back to reception to sort it out. The hotel offers the breakfast option and we were told , that due to staffing issues only continental breakfast is available which wasn't the same every day....one thing only available every day was cereal... the pastries and croissants were only one off and there was limited fruit. One day there was no white toast bread on offer...... Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
