+ it was close to downtown − they didn't explain the extra fees. the line to check in was sooo long, they should've had more people at the front desk. there was mold in the shower and fridge. the fridge was not cold. they put us in a room next to the elevators so all night long we heard the elevator "ding dong" noise so I couldn't sleep.

Rough start but finished strong + The location was perfect for my reason for travel. Parking was easy. Staff were very friendly and promptly moved us rooms when we notified them of an issue in the first room. They have a very well stocked market and although pricing is inflated, the hotel does offer a $15 daily credit towards their restaurants and market for guests staying at the hotel. They also offer complimentary water in refillable bottles and have water refill stations on floors 1-5. − The first room we were given was not clean. There were large food crumbs (I'm not talking small bits, I'm talking about noticeable from a distance pieces of food) on the furniture and floor. There was used tissue in the bathroom under the vanity. There were candy wrappers under the edge of the bed. There was dried on food or other material on the TV stand and the cherry on top was a full drying banana placed on top of the fridge in the fridge cabinet.

Can't wait to come back! + I loved the view from the rooms. Was able to see the Bay as well as Petco Park firework show. Property had a lot of amenities within or attached to the hotel which made the stay more enjoyable. − At the time of check in, the elevators were not explained. Went to the wrong one and did not realize we had to use our room key to activate.
