Ok but scary + The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly − The rooms need updating including the beds, the staff do not stop random people from coming off of the streets and using to pool area which resulted in a drug deal happening while we were using the pool. We were happy until we witnessed this and rushed out kids out of the pool area. I sent an email with no response from the general manager

The location met our needs for starting College. + The staff during the weekend dinner time were lovely. All very friendly and the meals were very satisfying. − Nothing was an issue.

It was a decent place to stay while visiting Old Sturbridge Village. + Pool and hot tub were wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel design was unique and nice to see! Staff friendly and accommodating − No pull out sofa bed like most hotels, had to change room but was done free of charge, no microwave in room and couple things didn't work in the room (a light and DVD player), the cost of breakfast is too high (most hotels offer free breakfast), area around hotel isn't the greatest

+ The hotel has some nice history and architecture here and there. Most of it is covered up or behind doors tho. It's a fine location but it's not super close to anything. Hoping they start realizing the hotel is getting older and time for some capital improvements. + It’s are go to hotel when we go up. First time getting to use pool/hot tub − They had emergency boiler service and that seemed to affect the hot water to room 204. Huge gap at bottom of door and that was effecting the AC in the room.

+ The pool and the hot tub. Beautiful Hotel and a Spacious room. Friendly Staff − The Mattress on the Bed too hard. Suggest get a more Comfortable Mattress. Mini Refrigerator need to be replaced, not cold enough. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
