Convenient and quiet for travel, but pricey. + Location at airport and free shuttle. Quiet room with lots of space. − Too expensive.

It was nice enough but overpriced and didn’t feel it was worth the brand name of the Hilton + Love the cookies and shuttle! − We had tons of gnats all over the shower drain and wall. We got a different room, but there were still a few gnats. Not as many as the first room. The halls smelled like weed, and the room had a funky smell as well.

Outstanding! + Our 2nd stay in this hotel this year was as outstanding as the 1st time last year. The shuttle to the airport and to the 7-train station is a great bonus. The hotel is very clean and the staff is outstanding. Ms. Jovonnie E. greeted us with her friendly attitude and big smile which made us feel welcome the moment we stepped inside. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions during out stay.

Fine overnight stay + We had a pleasant one night stay here as a family. The shuttle to and from the airport met our expectations. I used digital key, but asked for cookies the next day for my kids, and the front desk staff warmly delivered them. The hallways and room were decorated in attractive colors and well appointed. Breakfast was a little expensive for what is on offer, but staff are welcoming, and the kids always enjoy buffets. Coffee was typically dreadful. I don’t know why it has to be so weak. There is a small park within walking distance of the hotel, and the kids got their energy out before it was time to board our next flight. If our travels take us through LaGuardia again, I would not hesitate to stay here
