Paraiso dentro del paraiso + El entorno del lugar es un lujo. La pileta, rodeada de vegetación, un verdadero paraiso dentro del paraiso de Tulum. El personal súper amable y predipuesto a todo para que la estancia sea lo más agradable posible. Sin lugara a dudas, un lugar para recomendar.

+ Das Zimmer war sehr groß und schön, auch die Lobby war hübsch mit den ganzen Pflanzen hatte man sofort Urlaubsfeeling. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück ausgezeichnet! − Am Abend kam es leider zu einem 1,5 stündigem Stromausfall obwohl die Straße beleuchtet war, es liegt also an der Stromversorgung des Hotels. In der Zeit hatten wir weder Strom noch Wasser im Zimmer, draußen in den Gängen gab es auch keine Notbeleuchtung.

Terrificante, sconsigliato! + Non ho trovato nulla di positivo − La struttura è tenuta molto male e il livello di pulizia è decisamente insufficiente. L’esperienza è stata molto lontana da quella che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel 4 stelle nel centro di Tulum: gli ambienti risultano trascurati e, nel complesso, la struttura ricorda più un ostello che un hotel della categoria dichiarata. Anche la sicurezza ci ha lasciato molto perplessi: la guardia presente all’ingresso è stata trovata addormentata più volte durante il nostro soggiorno, cosa che non ci ha fatto sentire particolarmente tranquilli. Inoltre, la zona circostante non ci è sembrata particolarmente sicura o piacevole, soprattutto nelle ore serali. La situazione è stata talmente deludente che abbiamo deciso di effettuare il check-out in anticipo, rinunciando alle notti già prenotate e pagando di tasca nostra un altro hotel pur di poter proseguire il soggiorno in condizioni migliori. Non lo consiglio assolutamente.
