It is a nice location with beautiful views but cockroaches everywhere + The house was spacious for family and the food at property was decent − 1) Property had a lot of cockroaches and we werent able to use the swimming pool and jacuzzi. despite asking staff to send to fumigate and using sprays ourselves, the cockroaches didnt go away and we had to kill 4-5 cockroaches daily 2) Restaurants were mostly unavailable or overbooked 3) Some staff was very rude and unhelpful with transport (Emmanuel at Sunset Beach and the driver Luis) 4) Property is dated with a lot to fix in villa and furnishings seem very dated - needs a rehaul/renovation

+ This property has potential. But the wait times for just about everything takes hours. Dinner takes hours. Getting a golf cart or ride takes 30-45 minutes and the resorts are far apart with long lines.

Privacy with relaxing but need maintenance done at the property + Privacy − That it needed up dating. Certain things in the house need maintenance done.

It was nice to have everyone in one place with a beautiful view + The staff was super accommodating helpful.. we were able to switch our Villa pretty seamlessly. The staff for very efficiently and were very detailed. The food was delicious…. My advice is to skip the all-inclusive. The drinks that are really good and made with premium alcohol and mixers are not included in the all-inclusive. − The margaritas that were included in the package were nowhere as good as the fresh margaritas that were for sale… These villas have gotten Dated. This is my second time here at five years later they have made some very cheaply done upgrades. Most notable is spray painting, the ones beautiful, rustic fixtures, silver.

It was a good and bad experience , progeny won’t come back to Cabo + Very good views safe location − Too many rules I couldn’t bring in a pizza, we were constantly held at the door, no one explained to me that it was all inclusive and I paid for it .

+ When people check in, make sure they have water in their rooms and make sure they tell guests their room service rules. We struggled to get food and drinks our first night, staff didn’t really care.

Let’s start with the positives. The views are absolutely outstanding and, quite honestly, the main reason to stay here. No matter where you are on the property, the scenery is breathtaking. It is truly one of the most beautiful settings I’ve experienced. Unfortunately, the service is extremely inconsistent. It ranges from excellent to downright poor depending on the day, the location, and the staff member you’re dealing with. We stayed in one of the villas, and for two days a portion of the villa had no air conditioning despite temperatures being around 80 degrees. To their credit, management compensated us with a complimentary massage, so I was willing to overlook that issue. One of the biggest frustrations was transport…

The shuttle staff was inconsistent with property rules each driver made their own decision on who took what on the shutt + The villa was great and spacious with great potential. − Called the maintenance staff because there were no instructions on the spa, they never showed up. Weeds all around lack of maintenance. Room was hot as AC was set made for a warm room hard to sleep through the night
