Very nice place to stay in Montebello + The location is perfect to visit omega Parc and zone, have lots of activities, good for family, swimming pool is very nice! Dinner in bbq area is so nice! − Bed is too soft, pillow not so comfortable!

+ Very nice place. − Pools open late: 8am and 10am and close very early: 8pm and 7pm. Bars close very early too, except one inside de hotel that closes at 11pm. For a place that big and that expensive, activities should be open much longer.

+ Cadre et petit déjeuner exceptionnels. Beaucoup d'activités gratuites parfait pour un séjour en famille. − Administratif catastrophique. Mauvaise facture reçue et débit du solde en utilisant l'empreinte de la carte. Lit d'appoint de mon fils en très mauvais état. On m'a littéralement jeté un matelas additionnel sur le lit et à moi de me faire le lit ...si je veux.

Beautiful unique experience but overpriced. + Beautiful property and amenities. − Price is high when all you want is a good rest. To make it worth it you really need to use many of the amenities. Restaurant Chanterelle is ok but overpriced. Better to walk at the Bistro in town.

Den Preis nicht wert und schlechter Service und Standard. + Dem Charme des alten Hauses kann man durchaus etwas abgewinnen. Man muss das nicht grundlegend modernisieren, aber ein paar Sachen kann man schon an die heutige Zeit anpassen; z.B. Klimaanlage, Teppichboden, Föhn…. Leider war gerade der Teppichboden in unserem Zimmer sehr dreckig. Der Service im Restaurantbereich war durchweg eine Katastrophe. Ein Kellner war so genervt, als ich ein Glas Wein bestellt habe, dass er mein Glas nur im Vorbeigehen und so schwungvoll eingeschenkt hat, dass die Hälfte daneben landete - keine Entschuldigung dafür. Das Essen war allenfalls mäßig. Am schwerwiegendsten war dann allerdings die sehr laute Entlüftungsanlage für das Hotel im Außenbereich. Die war so laut, dass man sie nachts gehört und dies beim Schlafen gestört hat. Darauf angesprochen, zuckten die Angestellten an der Rezeption nur mit den Schultern. Als ich gegangen bin, sagte dann einer zu mir „ok. Perfekt“. Das war es nun aber gerade …

We had great time and we would love to stay there again + The hotel has many activities to offer. We did kayaking, played tennis, used the bikes and the swimming pools. We enjoyed the view the location everything.we had dinner at the restaurant Aux Chantignoles. − The hotel does not allow to have dinner in the big dining room of Aux Chantignoles for tibia only for big groups and events. We were celebrating our 20th year anniversary and it would have been nice to have dinner there where the tables are either white table cloths and the atmosphere is more romantic and elegant

Resort super!!! + Il resort offre piscina, tennis, noleggio bici, golf, minigolf e tanto altro. Tutto compreso nel prezzo. C’è una passeggiata lungo il fiume bellissima e ristoranti di vario tipo al suo interno. Se volete rilassarvi un po e godervi il fresco ve lo consiglio. Parcheggio gratuito − Le camere sono un po datate e gli arredi andrebbero un po rimodernizzati. Wi-Fi non funzionante per problema tecnico.

J'ai été facturé deux fois par Booking. Réclamation a faire + La nature et les jardins − Le forfait de Booking comprenait le petit déjeuner, mais nous avons appris après avoir déjeuné que ce n'était pas dans le forfait

Kommt lieber auf einen Drink vorbei und genießt die schöne Halle und übernachtet in einer der nahegelegenen Unterkünfte. + Lage - Lobby mit dem großen Kamin − Es ist nicht nur abgewohnt (selbst die renovierten Zimmer) - es ist dreckig. Der Staub lag zentimeterhoch im Bad und auf den Holzbalken. Es riecht modrig und die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut. Zudem ist alles sehr teuer - zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung.
