+ Location to downtown and to via rail station − Very small room. Lack of space for my walker. Garish and ugly wall paper above bed. Black painted wall. Carpeted floor. Bed frames stuck out past the mattress, and I bumped my leg several times on the corners and ended up with bruises on my legs. Only one area for a suitcase. No refrigerator for personal food. Weird restaurants and store in the lobby. So confusing. Dark dismal swimming pool area... no windows.

J’y reviendrai… + L’accueil avec le sourire, la réponse rapide aux questions… on est considéré pas juste un client de passage. − Faire un peu plus attention au ménage. J’ai trouvé des cheveux longs dans la salle de bain et un papier froissé parterre dans la chambre.

Expensive, but you get what you pay for + Everything was great: the staff was excellent at the check in desk, as well as at the restaurant. Would definitely be happy to stay here again if I had the budget.

Hotel Increible, pero cuidado con el depósito! casi 30 días más tarde no lo hemos recibido. + Todo en general, las instalaciones del hotel, y la zona de piscina y spa es buenisima − Realizamos un pago en booking de la reserva, y al llegar al hotel, nos pidieron un depósito hasta ahi bien. Ya para comenzar, el deposito nos parecio un poco elevado. Pagamos por dos habitaciones en booking unos 1080€ para u na estancia de una noche, y aún así nos hicieron un deposito de 1136 € lo cual me parecio excesivo, pero bueno lo aceptamos. El problema vino despues, realizamos la salida el 1 de agosto, y a fecha de 29 de agosto que aún no hemos vuelto de vacaciones aún no lo han devuelto. Hemos enviados varios mails, y la respuesta siempre es la misma, contacte con su banco, nosotros lo hemos devuelto. Estamos acostumbrados a viajar, y sabemos como funcionan los depósitos. Cuando te hacen un cargo/bloqueo, a la salida, el establecimiento puede liberarlo totalmente, liberar solo una parte porque teng…
